Seton takes Sandown Park (Vic) victory 1990

Chassis no 155 body built in UK by Ford Competition Dept. 4 cylinder YB 16 valve Cosworth 560+ horsepower turbocharged engine, 6 speed Holllinger H6-S g'box, Harrop rear end with spool differential.

Car is totally eligible for Category 5 Historic Racing in Australia (and soon o'seas). Has a CAMS Certificate of Description  and log book - equivalent to FIA papers and original (Seton Group A) log book plus many magazine and press articles on the history of the car and a set of Sierra RS500 homologation papers.

As driven by Glenn Seton,  George Fury, Wayne Park and Allan Jones (F1 Champion) 1988 - 1992.

To be sold with a "mountain" of spares as a COMPLETE RACE PACKAGE and spares will not be sold *separately the most significant of which spares are listed below and this list was amended in early January 2010.

ENGINE /TRANSMISSION SPARES

1 x Complete - 565 bhp spare engine (top to bottom) including manifolds, fuel rail and injectors, distributor, alternator, Garrett turbo ...  to be rebuilt February  2010 (or available dissasembled for inspection at reduced price) with new rods, new JE pistons, valves and springs, bearings fully balanced and crack tested  ... to be included above base price of car with spares by agreement
1 x YB 200 series cylinder block (needs sleeving)
1 x Cosworth crankshaft as new
1 x set Cosworth conrods
1 x cyl head
Multiple diff 9" ratios, driveshafts,  front & rear wheel drive flanges all as new etc
4 x Row aluminum radiator and spare intercooler
7" Borg & Beck clutch plates, etc
8 x used Cosworth pistons (all OK)
Spark plugs, spare hydraulic reservoirs & accelerator cables etc
Assorted spare pistons/rings/Coopers rings etc from previous rebuilds over the last 18 years
Many more parts to numerous to list including LHS outlet exhaust system (muffler) for some circuits

1 x set of BBS 17" spoked centre 3 piece alloy wheels
2 x sets of Simmons 18" x 9" 3 piece alloy wheels can easily be converted back to 17" with new rims
Numerous sets of 17" front and rear slick tyres (original specification) not recommended for hard race use as very old but brand new and still wrapped in plastic ideal for practice and car shows
1 x set of 4 x new virtually unused wet weather race tyres
